All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before pickup. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

Pickup Requirements

Valid government-issued identification is required for all alcohol purchases. Orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order or an authorized party meeting legal age requirements.

No Delivery / Shipping

The Liquor Hot Spot does not currently offer shipping or delivery services. All purchases must be completed in-store.

Compliance with Laws

All sales are conducted in accordance with South Dakota state laws and regulations regarding alcoholic beverages.

Limitation of Liability

The Liquor Hot Spot is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products or services beyond what is permitted by law.
